Here at Fall3nWarrior, we are always looking to provide our customers with quality products and a great shopping experience. We will do everything in our power to resolve any issues. As a part of our commitment to customer satisfaction and our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, we encourage any customer whose experience was less than satisfactory to please follow the steps below so we can assist you.
We will replace any damaged or defective items in your order within 30 days of the original purchase date at no additional cost to you. In order to receive a replacement, you will first be required to send us a photo of the damage or defect. With photo confirmation of the damage or defect, we will send out a replacement to you as soon as possible.
We will exchange any apparel items in your order, that do not fit properly for a different size, within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will only accept exchanges for apparel items that were not worn or washed. To exchange an item, please send the item, along with a copy of your invoice showing the order number to:

Upon arrival, we will notify you of our receipt via email and begin processing your exchange as soon as possible. We will send you an additional notification, including a shipment tracking number, once your exchange has been sent out.
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. For apparel items, we will only accept returns for items that were not worn or washed. To return an item, please send the item, along with a copy of your invoice showing the order number to:

Upon arrival, we will notify you of our receipt via email and begin processing your refund as soon as possible. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used at the point of sale (i.e., PayPal, Credit, or Debit Card) within 48 hours from the receipt of the returned item.
