Below you will find the Return Policy of Fall3nWarrior LLC. You will also find helpful information on how to determine if your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange and the steps to take to exchange or return an item.

We will accept any exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the item was not worn or washed. If the ordered product does not fit or arrived damaged in any way, we will replace it upon its return.
To exchange a product that was either the wrong size or damaged upon arrival, please return the item with its original invoice showing the order number, along with a note explaining the changes you would like us to make. Once we receive the returned shipment with the requested, necessary documentation, we will notify you of our receipt via email. Upon arrival, we will make the necessary changes to the order and ship the replacement item to you, at no additional shipping cost to you. Once the new item has shipped, you will receive an additional notification, including a tracking #, so that you may track its arrival to you. Your exchange will be completed within 5-7 business days of when we receive the item.

Upon arrival, we will notify you of our receipt via email and begin processing your refund as soon as possible. The money will be refunded to the original tender used at the time of sale (i.e., PayPal, Credit or Debit Card) within 48 hours from the receipt of the returned item that was neither worn nor washed.
